General Terms

The law states that a minor cannot enter into a contract. It is therefore unlawful for anyone under the age of 18 to enter into a contract with Unleashed.

Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure that our customers are transacting with us in a safe and secure environment, Unleashed does not accept any responsibility for any losses or damages incurred by a customer whose credit card has been used fraudulently or in an unauthorized manner.

If we have any reason to believe that a credit card is being used in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner we will not enter into that transaction. We will take all necessary steps to ensure that Unleashed does not enter into any transactions with anyone who wishes to use a credit card in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner.

Unleashed reserves all rights to all intellectual property owned by it.

Payment

No goods will be dispatched without full payment.

All Pricing on unleashed.net.au is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST of 10%. Prices are subject to change without notice but once an order is placed, your price will be honored.

Unleashed accepts payment via credit card and cheque (personal or bank).

Goods will not be delivered until payment has been cleared.

When an item has already been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

Delivery

Delivery within Australia will be made via Australia Post eParcel delivery service. A signature will be required on delivery and if you are not home to receive your item, a card will be left in your letterbox and you can pick your parcel up from your nearest local Post Office. Although our parcel delivery service is both fast and efficient, we are happy to provide Express parcel delivery service. Please contact us to arrange. Postage and Packaging rates will vary depending on particular item. Please see Shipping for rates.

Please allow between 5-7 working days for delivery within Australia.

If you wish your goods to be delivered sooner please contact us to arrange for a courier service. There may be an additional charge for this service.

When an item has already been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed by Australia Post or the courier service used to deliver those goods.

Gift vouchers will be delivered free of charge.

For International Deliveries we use Australia Post Standard Air Mail.

Out of stock items

If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed (excludes Saturday and Sunday). You will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or choose an alternative item. If the product is being ordered by Unleashed you may place your order on back order. Goods on Back order will be dispatched as soon as they are received by Unleashed.

Exchanges

Unleashed has every confidence in the products that we sell. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. Please return the goods to us unused and in original packaging with all tags intact. Please note that items returned with tags missing will not be eligible for an exchange. The customer is responsible for postage charges incurred for the return of exchange items. Please note we are happy to provide a credit note or gift voucher for future purchases.

The guarantee that Unleashed offers will be assessed on an individual basis.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund on any purchase based on the information below:

• The returned purchase is not in its original condition as at the point of sale (i.e. scuffed, scratched, marked or worn in any way).
• The purchase is returned outside of the 14 day return time limit.
• The purchase was a special order made at the client's request with specific details (i.e. custom work).
• If you simply have changed your mind & no longer want the purchase

Return of Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement. We ask that you kindly return the goods with labels and packaging included. Unleashed will replace faulty items on approval of fault. No shipping will be charged on replacement of faulty items. If, for any reason we no longer have the product in stock we will offer you an exchange or a refund. Please allow 14 days for refund to be processed.

Orders

Unleashed offers secure online ordering using our user-friendly shopping cart system. When ordering online at unleashed.net.au payment can be made by credit card or Cheque (personal or bank) or by direct deposit into Unleashed Bank Account.

Unleashed uses Secure Sockets Layer which encrypts your personal information and password before they are transmitted via the web. This ensures that your personal information cannot be read by others or tampered with en route.

Please note that all payments made by cheque will be cleared before the dispatch of goods.

Privacy Policy

Information collected

When you look at the web site of Unleashed, our Internet Service Provider makes a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes:

• your server address
• your top level domain name (for example .com, .gov, .au, .uk etc)
• the pages you accessed and documents downloaded
• the previous site you have visited
• the type of browser you are using.

Access to information collected

Unleashed will not make an attempt to identify users or their browsing activities. However, in the unlikely event of an investigation, a law enforcement agency may exercise its legal authority to inspect our Internet Service Provider's logs.

Use and disclosure of information collected

We will not disclose information about your individual visits to our Web site or any of the personal information that you provide such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or credit/debit card details to any outside parties without your consent except when required by law to do so.

Unleashed will only record your e-mail address if you send us a message. Your e-mail address will only be used or disclosed for the purpose for which you have provided it and it will not be added to a mailing list or used or disclosed for any other purpose without your consent unless you specifically request such action.

Users are advised that there are inherent risks transmitting information across the Internet.
